Eileene Chadwick Sloan, GRI, CRS

Eileene has been a realtor since 1983 and a broker since 1998. As a dedicated full time professional, she has earned the Graduate, Realtors Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, and E-Pro designations.  A consistent top producer, she is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
Eileene works well with buyers and sellers. This keeps her in tune with the market and gives her perspective. She handles single family homes, condos, and income properties ranging from $200,000 to over $1 million. Her clients love her for her integrity, knowledge, ability to hear what they want, her persistence, and her sense of fun. Many remain friends long after the transaction is closed. She has sold properties in every area of Greater Fort Lauderdale: Condos on the beach (including one to her Mother), Victoria Park (including one to her Sister-in-law), Las Olas Isles, Hollywood, Plantation, Lighthouse Point, Wilton Manors, Sail Boat Bend, Riverside Park and others.
Born into a hotel family, and raised in center city Philadelphia, she graduated from Rosemont College and lived in Wayne, Pennsylvania until her husband was transferred to Dallas, Texas in the early ?80s. She came to Fort Lauderdale in 1993 with her husband Tod, a Consultant in Information Technology.
Daughter Kristin works for Sun Dream Yacht Charters.
Son David started Ghost Tours of Key West,, Ghost Tours of Newport, RI. He now spends his time as an author. He is the Author of "Ghosts of Key West" and "Quit Your Job and Move to Key West" and "Don't Do It - 101 Reasons Not To Marry Her".
